Prospect Geotech principals have years of experience working on geothermal and oil and gas projects for major corporations, small operations, and independent companies in many states of the US and in countries across the globe.

Geothermal experience ranges from the startup of the geothermal industry in Japan to research projects carried out by Los Alamos National Laboratories and production wells in a number of western states.

Experience on oil and gas projects includes projects in states from California to Oklahoma, offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, Canada, and Saudi Arabia.
Bruce and Jim also have business management skills and experience. Bruce Vesterby, in addition to his geology degree, has a Masters degree in Accounting. This background gives him a unique insight into business operations and the ability to help clients manage operational costs and efficiencies. Jim Hill, also a degreed geologist, has extensive experience in personnel and corporate management. Clients benefit from these management skills, especially when supervision of well loggers and other contracted service providers is required.
